Stark the subject of ethics inquiry (1/5/10, page A4)

If this were former Republican Congressman Richard Pombo, wouldn’t this be on the front page?

In fact, shouldn’t this be on the front page anyway? Socialist Congressman Pete Stark from Fremont is accused of cheating on his taxes and the liberal Contra Costa Times hides it back on page A4?

More importantly, Stark declares his Maryland home as his primary residence and the CCTimes doesn’t think that merits front page? In effect, Stark says he lives and votes in Maryland, but is theorectically supposed to represent the folks for southern Alameda.  What a joke.

There’s liberal bias for those of you that don’t think it exists.
