Congressman uses FERC to threaten witness (6/21/09, not in CCTimes)

Congressman Ed Markey (D-MA) sent a letter to Federal Energy Regulartory Commission (FERC) asking for an investigation of MidAmerican Energy Holding Company after its CEO had testified AGAINST the Waxman-Markey global warming bill.

Did you see this in the liberal Contra Costa Times? Nope, Markey’s a Democrat. Put him on the other side and it’s a front page story 4 days in a row.
