Hate crimes against Jews much higher than Muslims (12/4/07, not in CCTimes)

After 9/11, when 3000 Americans were killed by Muslims radicals, over 400 “hate” crimes against Muslims were reported.

Since then, hate crime reports have ranged right around 150 (Source: FBI)

However, hate crimes against Jews are much higher, something you would never notice if your only source of hate crime news were the Contra Costa Times.

In 2006, the FBI recorded 967 incidents of hate crimes against Jews while Muslims had 156 recorded.
