$250,000, $200,000, $150,000, $120,000? Which is it? (10/31/08, not in CCTimes)
During the debates, Senator Government stated EVERYONE earning less than $250, 000 would get a tax cut. He did not explain how that would happen for those of us not paying any taxes, and of course the liberal Contra Costa Times did not chase down an explanation.

Still waiting for the liberal Contra Costa Times to mention that Senator Government has received $42 million in September from secret contributions which his campaign lists under “Donor, Unitemized.” Furthermore, these contributions were made on their web site where fraud features have been turned off.

Europeans back off CO2 goals (10/31/08, not in CCTimes)
It seems Italy and 10 other European Union members threaten to veto the EU’s plan to reduce CO2 by 20% by 2020 after acknowledging the the cost of the plans couldn’t be justified given economic conditions. The EU agreed.

Of course, they don’t bother reporting any clarifications or explanations from the many Alaska bureaucrats involved in this pipeline, but the liberal Contra Costa Times isn’t worried about accuracy, only smears.
Biden throws hissy-fit (10/25/08, not in CCTimes)
Joe Biden, getting a taste of what Sarah Palin puts up with every time she’s interviewed, threw a hissy-fit when the line of questioning actually focused on the Democratic candidates comments.
Orlando TV station WFTV’s Barbara West asked Biden about Obama’s distributing the wealth comments and Biden’s “Obama will be tested” comments. Biden took offense. Poor baby.
